ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Hotel Banyalbufar is scheduled to open in June 2026, and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager candidate to join us in January to lead the pre-opening phase and ensure the hotel’s successful launch and ongoing operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: In close collaboration with Fournais (owner of Son Valenti Agricultura y Hoteleria): • Setting up operations and procedures, • Planning the hotel opening and managing logistics, • Leading local marketing initiatives, • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and follow up with full financial responsibility You will report to Fournais in Denmark and be acting as a key sparring partner in ongoing concept development across the Fournais Group.
