The Big Blue Team selecciona a un chico y a una chica entre 21 y 35 años para formarlos durante 4 meses como Instrcutores de Buceo Padi, con una formación cercana a los eur 10.000 pagada por la empresa (cursos eur 3.700 más 200 inmersiones a unos eur 7.000). Los futuros monitores realizarán tres días a la semana promociones en piscina y venta en 20 grupo hoteleros y durante su formación realizarán dos días a la semana cursos de buceo, snorkel, apnea y otras actividades acuáticas. Fundamental los idiomas (español, inglés y alemán como extra), gente muy deportista y con alta empatía para el tema comercial. Los días de venta cobran un fijo más comisiones (media jornada) y los otros dos días intership de monitor dive master de buceo
