Requisitos: Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 años en roles similares, especialmente en entornos dinámicos como la gestión de eventos o alquileres vacacionales. Dominio de paquete office o similar y trabajo en la nube. Formación académica: Grado profesional superior en administración de empresas, contabilidad, turismo o carreras afines. Idiomas: Nivel intermedio de inglés (capacidad para manejarse en la comunicación con huéspedes internacionales y proveedores). Competencias clave: Habilidad para tomar decisiones autónomas, capacidad de resolución de problemas, excelentes habilidades organizativas, y experiencia en gestión remota.
