We are looking for a HR Specialist - Digital HR, HRIS & Talent Ecosystem that will play a central role in modernizing and digitalizing the global HR function. This position leads the implementation, rollout, and optimization of the HRIS platform; drives the digital transformation of core HR processes; builds and maintains the Talent Ecosystem; and acts as HR Business Partner for smaller countries, ensuring consistent and high‑quality HR delivery. This role is key to enabling the global HR Transformation Roadmap, strengthening efficiencies, and supporting a high‑performance and development‑focused culture as outlined in initiatives such as the Talent Ecosystem and HR modernization programs. Responsibilities 1. HRIS Implementation & Digital HR Transformation • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the new HRIS globally., • Review, design, digitalize and automate end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring alignment with the global HR Roadmap (Workforce Admin automation, governance, reporting, HR process step‑up, etc.). Ensure that global and local requirements are captured, and assess the return of investment., • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and standardization across all HR modules (Core HR, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Training, Compensation and Benefits, etc.)., • Partner with internal stakeholders to design user‑friendly workflows that reduce manual work and increase efficiency., • Lead super‑user training, user manuals, and adoption campaigns. 2. Talent Ecosystem Design & Management • Build and maintain an integrated Talent Ecosystem including:, • Performance appraisal tool (implementation and global rollout)., • Succession planning methodology, tools, and processes., • Key contributors and high‑potential identification framework and talent pools., • Career paths and competency models., • Annual training plan design, development programs, and skill‑based learning approach., • Coordinate with HR Leads in countries to ensure consistency in process execution and governance. 3. Performance & Culture Programs • Deploy company‑wide performance evaluation cycles, linking to objectives, feedback, development, and MBO processes., • Promote a culture of feedback, trust, meritocracy, and continuous improvement as part of the cultural transformation initiatives., • Ensure performance tools and processes trigger connected programs (internal development, succession, training)., • Deployment of well-being programs across the organization. 4. Learning & Development • Create, coordinate, and track learning programs aligned with organizational needs and talent assessments., • Implement training management solutions through the HRIS. Create learning contents together with the knowledge champions within the organization., • Monitor impact and ROI of development initiatives. 5. HR Business Partner for Small Countries • Act as the HRBP for small countries with no dedicated local HR., • Support local implementation of global HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee relations., • Manage day-to-day HR tasks related to employment cases, organizational changes, administration. 6. Data, Reporting & HR Governance • Own people analytics dashboards and KPIs defined in the global HR Roadmap (reporting, governance)., • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external labor/legal requirements., • Maintain structured documentation and process libraries. Professional Experience • 3–6 years in HR roles, with exposure to HRIS implementation, digital HR, or talent management., • Experience in multinational or multi‑country environments. Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems., • Understanding of HR process design, automation, and digital workflows., • Experience in performance, succession, and development program implementation., • Fluent English is a must. Soft Skills • Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making., • Strong project management and stakeholder‑engagement skills., • High adaptability and ability to navigate multi-country/BU environments., • Excellent communication and training delivery skills. Success Measures • HRIS implemented on time with high adoption and reduced manual workload., • Talent Ecosystem fully operational across performance, succession, high‑potential, and development dimensions., • Increased process efficiency and HR digital maturity., • Positive feedback from small countries regarding HRBP support., • Reliable reporting dashboards enabling better decision-making.
