Geneva Business School is a Swiss private business school with campuses in Geneva, Barcelona, and Madrid. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to join our Admissions Team as an Admissions Officer in Madrid. This position will report to the Head of Admissions (based in Geneva). Job Title: Admissions Officer - Admissions Department Location: Madrid, Spain (On-site) Job Type: Full-time (100%) Major responsibilities of the role: • Build and manage the necessary recruitment activities to meet enrolment targets., • Direct recruitment of students, hosting candidates on campus, assessing applications, reviewing supporting documents, and performing all tasks to ensure the full enrolment process, including support with visa applications., • Development and constructive suggestions on the improvement of processes within the team, • Collaboration with all the team members to ensure alignment on various activities within the campus, • Establish and nurture contact with local high schools and corporate partners to build brand awareness and a pipeline for recruitment, • Promote the school’s programs by planning and executing admissions events virtually and in person. Participate in virtual open days and live Q&A sessions on social media., • Measure and report on the success of meetings with new contacts, • Coordinate with the Marketing team for promotional materials, social media, and local PR initiatives, • Feed the Marketing team with locally produced content, • Willingness to travel to represent the business school at fairs and school visits Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields, • Optimistic, autonomous, motivated, and positive mindset, capable of multitasking and managing workload under tight deadlines, • Great teamwork and communication skills, • Experience in International Admissions and Education sector is a big plus, • Experience and interest in the higher education sector, • Native or fluent professional English (+French and/or Spanish), written and spoken, • Experience working in Salesforce is an advantage, • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Skills Geneva Business School is an equal opportunity employer.
