BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Degree in Human Resources or related field, • A solid experience in HR of a minimum of 5 years, • An experience in a multicultural and matrix environment ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Objectives: As HR manager South Europe you will work closely with local and Cluster Management teams to support the profitable growth of the business by attracting, retaining and developing talents. Responsibilities: • Located in Madrid, Spain, • Experience within a start-up environment, coordinating different stakeholders and processes at the same point of time, • Open for taking the lead in setting up and developing/improving already existing HR processes / systems, • HR manager South Europe– responsibility for over 25 employees, • Work closely with Management teams to support the profitable growth of the business, • Design, develop and monitor initiatives to attract, recruit, retain and develop employees, • Be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all talent management processes, • Work closely with Global Total Reward to ensure the market based level of compensation and benefits, • Support local Management teams in strategic projects and contribute to the development of the global HR strategy, • Work closely with the regional Legal Team to ensure the timely implementation of the changes in the local labor and social law, • Nurture a positive working environment HR manager South Europe will be part of the local and cluster management teams, report to the HR Lead Europe and Emerging Markets and work closely with the Global HR Team. competencies • In-depth knowledge of the local labor law, experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a must Preferred Skills • High personal ethics and compliance, • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive, • People oriented and results driven, • Experience with Human Resources metrics, • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, • Ability to architect strategy and implement it, • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company, • A convincing track record of accomplished HR projects, • (focusing on processes, best practices, change management etc.), • Hands-on, dynamic, positive thinking and “can- do” attitude, • Easy adaptable, agile, • Languages: Spanish -native speaker, English C1 level
