About the Opportunity In this role, you will own the technical side of partner integrations from start to finish, including pre‑sales solutioning, hands‑on integration support, production troubleshooting, and product feedback loops across all four of MoonPay’s product lines: Ramps, Deposits, Swaps, and Virtual Accounts. You will sit within the Solutions Engineering team, part of the broader Partner Success Operations team, and work closely with Payments Ops, KYB/KYC, Fraud, Product, and Engineering teams day to day. Your work will directly impact partner time‑to‑go‑live, integration quality across MoonPay’s active partners, and the health of integrations for some of the most recognized brands in crypto. What You Will Do Own first‑line triage for partner integration issues across Ramps, Commerce, Swaps, and Iron – diagnosing API errors, signature failures, webhook issues, and widget bugs, and coordinating resolution with Engineering and Payments Ops. Support each partner’s technical integration from sandbox testing through launch and into production – translating requirements into integration plans covering API, SDK, webhook, and widget paths. Conduct pre‑go‑live reviews to verify acceptance criteria compliance, disclaimer implementation, and integration quality ahead of partner launches. Investigate volume anomalies flagged by Payment Ops – trace root causes across integration changes, traffic shifts, and configuration issues. Support technical discovery and demo calls for both engineering and business audiences alongside senior SEs and the Partnerships team. Write integration runbooks, partner‑specific guides, and FAQ documentation to reduce repeated inbound support and help partners self‑serve. Relay partner technical feedback into structured themes for Product and Engineering roadmap input, and participate in infra change communications to partners. Manage partner API keys, sandbox accounts, and test environments; contribute to internal tooling and developer documentation improvements. About You You are technically sharp, relentlessly organized, and energized by helping partners succeed. You don’t wait to be told where the problem is – you find it, debug it, and loop in whoever needs to be involved to fix it. You communicate clearly across audiences, take ownership of your work without being asked twice, and hold yourself to a high standard even when things move fast. You are curious about crypto and payments infrastructure – not just as a job requirement, but because you find it genuinely interesting. Must‑have experience and skills 4-5 years in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, Developer Relations, Technical Account Management, or a similar technical partner‑facing role. Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns – comfortable with Postman and cURL, able to read and debug API responses independently. Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar – for building demos, automating tests, or contributing to internal tooling. Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. Some exposure to payments infrastructure: fiat rails, crypto on/off‑ramps, settlement flows, or similar – FinTech or crypto context preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to translate technical issues clearly to both engineering partners and non‑technical business stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage several integration projects simultaneously without dropping the ball. Based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship available). Nice‑to‑have experience Familiarity with blockchain concepts: wallets, gas, stablecoins, transaction confirmation and signing. Experience with B2B SaaS or FinTech integrations – virtual accounts, BaaS, embedded finance. Exposure to KYB/KYC onboarding flows and identity verification platforms (e.g., SumSub). Experience with MoonPay’s products as a developer or end user. Prior work at a high‑growth startup. Bonus Points You have integrated a third‑party payments SDK or API and shipped it to production – and can talk through what went wrong. You have worked across multiple Tier 1 partners simultaneously and maintained SLA across all of them. You have experience at a crypto payments infrastructure company (on/off‑ramp, virtual accounts, stablecoin rails, or similar). You have tested and built a working demo using one or multiple MoonPay products in sandbox or production.
