We believe learning English opens doors — and our job is to make sure every student walks through them. The Role As Service Manager, you are the educational heartbeat of the center. You own the student experience from the moment someone enrolls through to renewal and referral. You teach, you coach, you create community — and you make sure our methodology delivers real results, every day. This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, active, and directly responsible for the quality of learning that keeps students coming back. What You'll Do Student Experience & Learning • Deliver a consistently premium educational experience aligned to the Wall Street English methodology., • Guide and support students through their learning journey — from first lesson to program completion., • Ensure students achieve measurable learning milestones and trust the method., • Manage all student concerns and feedback; log and resolve same day., • Teach lessons, Encounters, Social Club activities, and complementary classes as needed. Operations & Standards • Ensure classroom readiness before every session — no exceptions., • Maintain IT assets, center visual presentation, and supply inventory., • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to uphold brand consistency., • Manage monthly inventory checks and provide two supplier quotations to the Centre Director when restocking., • Contribute to daily and monthly reporting requirements in Core Course. Community & Growth • Organize and lead monthly Social Club activities to drive student engagement., • Create photo and video content from center events., • Support student retention and referral targets., • Drive alumni engagement through digital tools and in-center promotion., • Partner with the Sales Team and Centre Director to ensure seamless service-to-sales handoffs. What We're Looking For Essential • Native or bilingual English speaker., • University degree., • CELTA or equivalent TEFL qualification., • Minimum two years' teaching experience., • Warm, patient, and energizing — students should feel inspired in your classroom., • Highly organized with strong attention to operational detail., • Problem Solver, pragmatic, and proactive. Nice to Have • Wall Street English or EFL franchise teaching experience., • Experience living or working internationally., • Commercial awareness or previous exposure to renewal/referral targets.
