Soho House & Co. – Barcelona Job Purpose As a Bartender at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests. Your main focus is to ensure our drinks service is to the highest standard. As a team we work to go the extra mile, keeping things simple and showing collaboration, kindness and passion in everything we do. Main Duties • Providing warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service., • Following our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests and team., • Possessing a strong understanding of drink menus in order to make recommendations, pairings and accommodate specific requests., • Efficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings., • Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented., • Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed., • Verifying the age of guests when needed., • Reporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Requirements A successful Bartender for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and have experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast-paced environment. Tus funciones: Tus funciones como Bartender serán ofrecer un servicio excepcional siguiendo los estándares de lujo de METT, siendo un referente dentro del equipo de barra. Te encargarás de abrir y cerrar tu estación, mantener el área limpia y apoyar a tus compañeros en otras tareas. Conocerás a fondo la carta de bebidas y alimentos, participando en formaciones para seguir desarrollando tus habilidades. Apoyarás a bartenders junior y barbacks, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de servicio. Tendrás una actitud profesional, sabrás realizar upselling de forma elegante y cuidarás tu imagen y puntualidad. Además, estarás informado sobre las instalaciones del hotel para poder asesorar a los huéspedes, manteniendo siempre una comunicación fluida con el resto de departamentos.

Se busca dependiente/a cafeteria panaderia, turno tarde 14:00-22:00, o turno rotativo entre turno de 6:00-14:00 y de 14:00-22:00. Se requiere experiencia, incorporacion immediata.

Necesito una persona que me pueda ayudar a atender el local, armar los bowls de açai y cobrar .
