Then you might be exactly who we're looking for. ✈️ Your responsibilities: • You'll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. 🗺️, • Guide our customers through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳, • Jump in and save the day when someone's travel plans hit a bump. 🦸, • Chat or talk with passengers, whatever helps solve their problem fastest., • Create real connections. We want customers to remember you, the awesome human who helped them out. 😊 We're looking for someone who: • Speaks Danish fluently (C1) and has solid English (B2)., • Is positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. 🌄, • Listens first, then speaks clearly and confidently. 😎, • Is organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹, • Already lives in Poland or is ready to relocate to Warsaw independently.
