Group Fitness Instructor - WOMENS ONLY GYM The Glute Shop. Santa Catalina, Palma We are looking for a high energy, confident fitness instructor to join our growing women only boutique gym in Santa Catalina. This role will start at 1 to 2 classes per week, with the opportunity to increase as our class timetable expands. About the role You will be delivering fun, motivating group classes in a supportive, feel good environment. Classes currently include • Total Body Circuits, • Booty Blast. Glute focused, high energy sessions What we are looking for • Experience teaching group fitness classes, • High energy, confident presence and great music awareness, • Ability to motivate and manage a group, • Comfortable cueing and correcting form, • Reliable and professional Language • Moderate English is required, • Moderate Spanish is a big bonus, but not essential Why work with us • Boutique women only gym, • Supportive, empowering atmosphere, • Small class sizes, • Opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand
