Through both organic growth and an active M&A strategy, we continuously expand our portfolio of companies and solutions. We are looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, performance management, and, critically, the integration of newly acquired companies into the group. Role Overview The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial consistency across the group. This role has a strong focus on post-merger integration, standardization of financial processes, and performance tracking across multiple business units. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in company integrations, fast-paced environments, and complex organizational structures. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling for the group., • Support and actively participate in post-merger integration processes, ensuring alignment of financial models, KPIs, reporting structures, and planning cycles., • Act as a finance business partner to senior management and business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations., • Coordinate financial consolidation, performance analysis, and variance analysis across multiple entities., • Develop and standardize financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs across the group., • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives., • Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, and other Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency., • Support M&A activities from a financial perspective, including business plan reviews, synergy tracking, and integration follow-up., • Improve and automate FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies in a scalable way. Required Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field., • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles., • Previous experience in company integration processes or in environments with recurring M&A activity is mandatory., • Experience working in medium to large-sized companies, preferably within technology, digital, SaaS, or other high-growth sectors., • Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis., • Proven ability to work in complex, multi-entity group structures., • High level of proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (experience with BI tools is a plus)., • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights., • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
