Our client is an international company operating in the industrial sector, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term customer relationships. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant with English to join its team in Valencia. Role Overview The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will support the finance and administration department in daily accounting tasks, invoice management, documentation, and administrative coordination. This is a suitable role for someone with some experience in accounting or administration who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to continue developing professionally within an international industrial environment. Key Responsibilities • Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities., • Register, review, and file supplier and customer invoices., • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes., • Support payment follow-up and invoice reconciliation., • Maintain accounting records and documentation updated., • Assist with bank reconciliations and expense control., • Support monthly closing activities under the supervision of the finance team., • Prepare basic reports and administrative documentation., • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information., • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams in Spanish and English when needed., • Support general office administration tasks related to the finance department. Requirements • Previous experience in accounting, finance administration, back office, or administrative support., • Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge., • Good level of English, both written and spoken., • Spanish fluency required., • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, chemical, plastics, packaging, machinery, or technical environment will be valued., • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel., • Experience using ERP or accounting software will be a plus., • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible person., • Ability to work with numbers, documentation, and internal processes., • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance area. Nice to Have • Vocational training, degree, or studies related to Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar., • Experience with invoice processing, payments, collections, or administrative accounting., • Knowledge of another European language., • Previous experience in an international company.
