The opportunity As part of the HR team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process improvement across Europe. The person will work closely with HR, Finance and Internal Comms teams to deliver high-quality insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: Data management and reporting Lead monthly reconciliations, ensuring alignment with Finance and local HR teams. Design, develop, and deliver monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards for key stakeholders Maintain and continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of HR data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies proactively. Process Improvement & Automation Collaborate with the Automation team to streamline HR processes and reduce manual work, focusing on minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. Propose and implement new methods for capturing and reporting of data, ensuring scalability and clarity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all HR data-related activities. Reward`s team Support Partner with the Head of Reward to maintain an up-to-date and reliable files. Assist in building, updating, and analyzing complex spreadsheets to support compensation reviews, benchmarking, and reward strategy. Cross-functional collaboration and systems Partner with Finance to maintain data consistency and ensure alignment with budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate with Internal Communications to keep distribution lists current and accurate. Collaborate with both Internal Communications and HR to produce integrated reports from the Engagement platform. Oversee the structure and integrity of employee-facing systems used for engagement and recognition, ensuring they are fit for purpose and scalable. Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to promote data transparency and enable timely, actionable reporting. The expertise you bring Expertise: expert in Excel – manipulating and innovative ways of using it. Knowledge of other MI systems to create dashboards and insights. Exceptional attention to detail: Able to spot inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems. Analytical thinking: Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights. Autonomous and proactive: Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, with minimal supervision. Strong stakeholder management: Builds trust and maintains effective communication with HR, Finance, and leadership teams. Process-oriented mindset: Constantly seeks ways to improve workflows and reporting mechanisms.
