El rol incluye cumplimiento normativo, control de procesos y apoyo en auditorías. Se valoran formación técnica en el ámbito alimentario e importante tener experiencia en sistemas de calidad. Formarás parte del Departamento de Calidad, contribuyendo a garantizar la seguridad y excelencia de nuestros productos. Responsabilidades Gestión y mantenimiento de los sistemas de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria (BRC, IFS, ISO, etc.). Gestión de sistemas SAE para exportación. Coordinación y seguimiento de auditorías internas y externas (calidad, seguridad alimentaria, exportación...). Supervisión y actualización de los planes prerrequisito: APPCC, homologación de proveedores, calibraciones, mantenimiento, control de agua, limpieza, etc. Gestión de no conformidades internas y externas (clientes, auditorías...). Participación en la formación de personal en buenas prácticas de higiene y seguridad alimenticia.
