As the Salesforce Service Cloud Platform Manager, you will be the point of contact for our global business users and digital team, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement within our Salesforce Service Cloud environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption of best practices and empowering business users to elevate our customer service capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Key User Management: Develop and maintain a robust Key User network, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and feedback gathering. Global HR Service Delivery (UKG PROGRAM) A multinational company located in the Vallès Occidental region is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the global implementation of UKG HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including People Assist, Document Manager, and Smart Document Generation. The role will involve coordinating implementation across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with various HR requirements, and delivering a consistent, first-class experience for employees. Reporting line: this position will report to the HR Director. Key responsibilities • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a global HRSD implementation project across multiple regions and countries within HR., • Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and HR budget management., • Act as the primary liaison between global internal stakeholders, regional HR teams, and UKG partners in other countries., • Ensure effective change management, global adoption strategies, and HR department training., • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to executive management, in terms of HR., • Coordinate integration activities with other HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors and its internal programme).
