Full-time position Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field. Requirements At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field. At least 2 years of technical experience (as tech lead, senior developer or architect). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, etc.), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non‑technical audiences. Upper‑intermediate English proficiency. Customer‑centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building long‑term relationships. Experience of U.S. outsource projects is welcomed. Nice‑to‑haves Strategic thinking and alignment of project goals with broader business objectives. Mentorship and coaching of junior team members. Deep knowledge of the audit domain. Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Technical skills in Azure, .NET, Angular. Core Responsibilities Project planning and execution: develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Team leadership: build, lead, and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative, friendly, and high‑performing environment. Hands‑on contribution to coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Technical advocacy: serve as the technical advocate for products and engineering teams, promoting evolutionary releases (alpha, beta, MVP) and ensuring planning, code integrity, quality, alignment with customer goals, architecture designs, and non‑functional requirements. Engineering craftsmanship: drive engineering excellence through design, configuration, and code involvement when needed; support teams by resolving blockers, performing code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and addressing technical debt; continuously learn and introduce new technologies, mentoring engineers to strengthen technical skills and deliver high‑quality product outcomes. Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction. Risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. Communication: effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Reporting: regularly report project progress and status to the client and internal management.
