PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Paralegal to join our growing legal team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transactional and day-to-day operations across our European platform, supporting the General Counsel on a wide range of transactional, financing and operational matters. From assisting in transactional and financing work to managing legal documentation, you’ll help drive consistency and excellence across the business in multiple jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal career who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to) • Assisting in financing and transactional work including supporting due diligence processes, tracking deadlines to ensure that all deliverables are completed accurately and on time, managing NDAs and KYC processes., • Managing review, approval and execution of legal documents., • Supporting creation and maintaining legal data base across multiple jurisdictions., • Assisting in developing and improving legal data base and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the business in multiple jurisdictions., • Maintaining tasks and calendar controls, coordinating and tracking deadlines for legal tasks to ensure timely delivery across the business in multiple jurisdictions. QUALIFICATIONS • 1–3 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally within a fast-paced or international environment., • Experience in supporting financing and transaction work and document management processes., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset., • Comfortable using, implementing, or learning legal tech tools, including workflow systems and AI-driven solutions., • Exposure to the living or real assets sectors (e.g., student accommodation, residential, or hospitality) is advantageous., • Commercially minded and pragmatic, with strong business acumen and the ability to balance risk with operational goals., • Confident communicator, comfortable working with investors and senior stakeholders., • Fluent in English; Spanish, German or Italian language skills are strongly preferred.
