We’re looking for a Spain Immigration Lawyer to join our team part-time and provide expert legal support through chat and email. You’ll be the trusted legal voice guiding our clients through the Spanish immigration process — helping them feel informed and confident about their move. Role Overview As our Immigration Lawyer, you’ll respond to client questions about Spanish visas and residency through our internal chat system and email. You’ll explain requirements, clarify processes, and provide guidance on next steps — always in a clear and friendly way. This is a remote, flexible role requiring approximately 10–20 hours per month, ideal for an experienced immigration lawyer who enjoys client interaction and flexibility. Key Responsibilities • Respond to client questions about Spain’s immigration process via chat and email., • Provide accurate legal guidance on visa options, documentation, and next steps., • Stay current on Spanish immigration laws and policy updates., • Help clients understand complex requirements in a simple, supportive tone., • Collaborate with our relocation team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Required Experience & Qualifications • Licensed lawyer in Spain with 2+ years of experience in immigration law., • Hands-on experience with:, • Digital Nomad Visa, • Non-Lucrative Visa, • Student Visa, • Change from Student Visa to Autónomo (Freelance), • Arraigo Social, Laboral, and Formativo, • Excellent written communication in English and Spanish., • Advanced English proficiency (required for client communication)., • Organized, empathetic, and responsive with a client-first approach., • Reliable internet connection and availability to reply to client messages within a reasonable timeframe.
