We are looking for our client, a really global large company (Travel& Hospitality ), with more than 10.000 worldwide headcount, and with very high volume of clients & transactions the role of Job Description: Procurement Purchase Coordinator - German speaker- 3/4 years of experience Location: Madrid, Spain Role Overview We are seeking a Talented with Protential Procurement Coordinator to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for Europe across a global organization. This role will be responsible for driving cost optimization, ensuring service quality, and managing supplier relationships aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 3-4 years of experience in procurement within complex, multinational environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement processes for different kind of good and services, including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key categories , leading end to end esourcing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic local o international vendors and goods and services providers. Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts to ensure value, compliance, and risk mitigation. Partner with IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices across regions. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements. Lead contract lifecycle management and support audits when required. Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions. German speaker Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3-4 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on goods and services sourcing in multinational companies as well as Iocal markets. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex vendor negotiations and contracts. Experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams. Solid knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba), and contract management platforms. German speaker Skills & Competencies Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. High level of communication skills in English & German. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
