Leadership - You are trusted, empathetic, accountable, and empower others around you. 📝 Job Summary The Infrastructure Field IT Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of hardware, software, and network systems across assigned locations. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and coordination with central IT teams to uphold service levels and business continuity. Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment., • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems., • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access., • Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components., • Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points., • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements., • Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access setup., • Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests., • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols., • Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts., • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field., • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or field support roles., • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security., • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools., • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus., • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills., • Ability to travel between sites and work independently.
