Business Development Representative (BDR) Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + uncapped variable Location: Hybrid in Madrid (1-2 days onsite/week) Contract: Permanent Start: Immediate What is Dreamshot? You're not selling software. You're selling the end of photoshoots. We're Dreamshot. Our AI generates product images indistinguishable from a real photoshoot. No empty "AI promises": we work with KIA, Toyota, Ecoalf, and OK Mobility. Team of 4. Growing fast. Looking for someone with a hunter mindset to help us open the market. The Role This role is 100% outbound. You won't manage inbound leads. You'll create them. As a BDR you will: • Open doors at companies that don't know us yet, • Be the first voice explaining how Dreamshot can change how they create content, • Master prospecting: emails, LinkedIn, calls, events, • Book qualified meetings with marketing directors, creatives, and ecommerce leads, • Work directly with the CEO: you'll learn firsthand how B2B sales works What will you do? Outbound prospecting (70%) • Cold email sequences (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar), • Personalized LinkedIn messages, • Cold calls to decision-makers, • Build and maintain prospect lists by industry, • Share insights: what messages work, which sectors respond best Follow-up and nurturing (10%) • Follow up on non-responsive leads, • Prepare follow-up emails after CEO meetings, • Keep HubSpot updated, • Nurture cold leads until they're ready to talk Events and networking (10%) • Attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing/ecommerce events, • Generate leads in person, • Represent Dreamshot in the Spanish and European market Learning (10%) • Listen to the CEO's sales calls, • Study case studies and common objections, • Improve your sequences based on data You don't need to know about AI or photography. We'll teach you everything. What are we looking for? We're looking for a hunter mindset. Someone who enjoys opening markets and understands that good outbound isn't spam. Soft Skills (most important): • Hunter mentality: you're motivated by the chase, not account management, • Persistence: 90% of your emails won't get a response, and that's fine, • Coachability: you take feedback and improve every week, • Autonomy: you organize your day without supervision, • Honesty: if something isn't working, you say it Hard Skills: • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (prospecting, qualification), • Native Spanish, • Experience with sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn) Nice to have: • C1+ English (for European prospects), • Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital agencies, • Knowledge of Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce, • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini...) CV review, 2. Initial call (20 min) — we get to know each other, 3. Prospecting role play (30 min), 4. Final interview (45 min) — deep dive, 5. Decision in less than 1 week What's your evolution? In 1 month you'll know the product, have listened to several sales calls, and have your first sequences running. In 3 months you'll have mastered the process. Optimized sequences, prospect lists by industry, and a steady flow of meetings. In 6 months you'll be a pipeline machine. The CEO spends less time prospecting because you fill the calendar.
