We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with languages and some experience in the food and beverage sector to join our Valencia team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of sales experience who wants to grow their career in an international environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Assist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Knowledge & skills 2 years of inside sales experience BA/BS degree or equivalent. Very good English skills. Other languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage. Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
