Green Hydrogen Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity). Role Overview We are seeking high-caliber Senior Financial Analysts with a strong transaction services or advisory background and advanced financial modelling expertise. The role combines: • Investment analysis, • Valuation, • Structured finance Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Integrated Business Management & Support • Assist in driving overall business operations and management for the Europe & Latin America region, • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance regional operational efficiency, • Track key project progress and provide analysis and support 2. Sales Capability Development & CRM Management • Responsible for regional sales process optimization and standardization, • Manage and optimize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to improve data quality and utilization efficiency, • Analyze sales data to support sales forecasting and performance improvement 3. Market & Sales Strategy Management • Support the development of regional market entry strategies and sales strategies, • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights (new energy sector), • Assist in developing annual/quarterly sales plans and track execution 4. Executive Communication & Reporting Support • Support daily communication between the Regional President, Integrated Business Department Director, and headquarters, • Prepare business presentation materials (e.g., business analysis, strategic reports), • Coordinate information transfer and decision implementation between headquarters and the region Qualifications 1. Education • Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, Business Administration, Energy/Electrical Engineering, or New Energy related majors preferred 2. Work Experience • 7+ years of relevant work experience; candidates with the following backgrounds preferred:, • New energy industry (e.g., solar PV, energy storage, electric vehicles, etc.), • Sales operations / Business analysis / Strategic planning, • CRM management or sales system development experience, • Experience in European or Latin American markets preferred, • Experience in multinational companies or complex organizational coordination preferred 3. Professional Capabilities • Market & Strategy Capabilities, • Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights, • Experience in sales strategy development and implementation support, • Sales Operations & CRM Capabilities, • Familiar with sales process management and optimization, • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.), • Ability to perform sales analysis and forecasting based on data, • Data Analysis Capabilities, • Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint (required), • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred 4. Language & Communication Skills • Fluent in English (written and spoken, working language), • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred (plus for Latin America markets), • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills 5. Core Competencies • Clear logic with strong structured thinking, • Excellent project management and multi-tasking capabilities, • Strong resilience, adaptable to fast-paced and cross-time zone work, • Strong execution and driving capabilities 6. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in new energy overseas expansion or international market development, • Background in strategic consulting firms or corporate strategy departments of large enterprises, • Familiarity with European/Latin American energy policies or market environment
