Website: Job Description As part of the technical department, you will join the pre-sales team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Pre-sales Management: Collaborating with the sales teams throughout the entire offer process, from the initial analysis of the client's requirements to transferring projects to the deployment teams. Tender Responses: After assessing client needs, you will draft responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) in coordination with internal teams, including R& D, deployment, billing, and regulatory. Proof of Concept (POC) and Feasibility: Leading the development and execution of POCs and feasibility demonstrations. You will also play a critical role in presenting and defending the proposed solutions to clients. Client Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions and support. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Desired Profile Education: Master's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or networking. Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Mastery of Chinese is an asset. Industry Awareness: Understanding of market trends and the ability to anticipate changes in technologies and consumer behaviors. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Coordination Skills: Experience in coordinating and driving projects in collaboration with various departments. Required Skills Strong technical knowledge in networking, Linux, wireless communications, databases, and programming languages (e.g., Java). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
