At Vision Healthcare, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of one of our nutritional supplement brands in a digital-first, performance-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who combines brand thinking, data-driven decision-making and strong execution, and enjoys working cross-functionally to make things happen. 🚀 What You’ll Do • Execute the brand strategy across digital channels., • Turn consumer insights, data and market trends into growth initiatives., • Develop campaigns and launches in close collaboration with eCommerce, Performance, Content and Design teams., • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality content across all touchpoints, including D2C and marketplaces., • Drive organic activation and engagement, coordinating multiple stakeholders across markets. 🧠 What We’re Looking For • 3–4+ years of experience as a Brand Manager (supplements, health, beauty or FMCG is a plus)., • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems and acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, etc.)., • Data-driven, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset., • Proactive, adaptable and execution-focused., • Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams., • Fluent English. 🌍 What We Offer • Full-time role in a fast-growing, international digital-first group., • Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture., • 1 day of remote work per week + 15 additional remote days per year., • Offices in Las Rozas, Madrid., • Competitive salary based on experience.
