The Opportunity We are seeking a Global Sales Excellence Manager to help shape how Power Conversion Solutions sells, plans, and scales globally. In this role, you will connect commercial strategy with operational execution across regions, functions, and business tools, driving greater transparency, discipline, and speed across the sales cycle. You will play a key role in improving forecast quality, pipeline visibility, KPI management, and demand planning in a fast- growing business serving utility, renewable, and industrial customers. You will work cross- functionally with Sales, Tendering, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Business Leadership teams worldwide, contributing to the development of a more connected, data- driven, and scalable commercial organization. This is a highly visible global role that offers broad exposure, strong collaboration, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on commercial excellence within the energy transition sector. How You' ll Make an Impact • Drive the global sales excellence roadmap for Power Conversion Solutions., • Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and demand planning processes., • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and commercial performance routines., • Standardize sales processes, governance models, and decision- making forums across regions., • Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within commercial operations., • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to improve execution and business growth. Your Background • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Planning, Bid Management, or related areas., • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, demand planning, and KPI reporting., • Experience leading cross- functional improvement or transformation initiatives in global environments., • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive- level interactions., • Structured, hands- on, and solution- oriented approach; previous customer- facing experience is highly valued.
