As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships in Galicia and Asturias while ensuring excellence in commercial execution. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliStrategic Account Partnership – Build long‑term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation. /liliCross‑Functional Coordination – Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience. /liliCommercial Process Leadership – Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance. /liliOperational Excellence – Systematically analyse and report sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. /liliExtensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with large imaging systems. /liliAbility to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results. /liliStrong analytical capabilities and operational management skills. /liliExperience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /liliCustomer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities. /liliFluent Spanish and strong English proficiency. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3pBase salary range: €49,855.00–€83,091.66. 25% sales incentive tied to KPIs.
