At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology. With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber. Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.Com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.About the roleRemote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona. You’ll join a product-led motion with real demand already in the system: thousands of companies and builders signed up to Nuitée in the last year, tested the product, and started integrating on their own.The opportunity now is to build the GTM machine around that demand: how we track it, understand it, prioritise it, and turn the right accounts into revenue.Until now, Nuitée has mainly grown through sales-led and network-led channels. Product-led growth is newer, and the infrastructure behind it is still open to build: website and product tracking, enrichment, scoring, routing, dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted workflows. You start from a mostly blank page, working directly with Gian, our VP Growth, to build the operating system behind this new growth motion. What makes it interesting for you- You work with real demand from day one: thousands of companies and builders signed up in the last year.- You decide how we track, score, enrich, route, and convert that demand.- You partner directly with Gian, our VP Growth, as the person figuring out how this should work.- You use AI as a real lever: dashboards, workflow prototypes, enrichment, research, and automation.- Your work sits close to revenue. The leads you prioritise and the workflows you build shape how Nuitee grows.Nuitée was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and has grown 10x since 2022. There is a lot to build at the next stage, and this role sits close to one of the biggest commercial opportunities in the business. The kind of problems you will work on- Which companies are signing up, testing the API, or starting to integrate, and which ones have real commercial potential?- How do we connect PostHog, HubSpot, website data, product usage, enrichment tools, and dashboards into one useful view?- What should trigger a sales conversation, nurture flow, SDR follow-up, or Slack alert?- How do we enrich lead and account data automatically so Lina, our inbound SDR, and the Sales team can act on signal, not noise?- Which verticals are converting, and how do we double down on them? You will build the tracking, workflows, dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted systems that help Growth and Sales act faster and make better decisions. If you see a gap and immediately start thinking about how to fix it, and if building something from zero gives you energy, this is the role. This role fits if you- have 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a growth marketing role that became progressively more technical- are solid with SQL, comfortable with APIs and basic scripting, and know your way around tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery- use AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit to build things faster, not just to write emails- have built something on your own, even outside of work, even if it did not work out- do not need structure handed to you. You figure out what needs to exist and you go build it- come from B2B SaaS or an API-first company, where you understand how product usage translates into commercial outcomesNuitée is fast-moving, low on process, and high on ownership. You will do well here if pace gives you energy, ambiguity does not freeze you, and you like being trusted to make things work without waiting for a perfect plan. Why Nuitee? At Nuitée, we’re not just reimagining travel—we’re building the infrastructure to power it.- Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies. Nuitée’s API-first platform is solving this, enabling businesses to access hotel inventory seamlessly and at scale.- World-Class Backing: Backed by Accel and visionary leaders across tech and travel—including Booking.Com, Stripe, and Shopify—we’re equipped to scale our ambition globally.- Bootstrapped Resilience, Startup Agility: Having grown profitably for years without external funding, we combine operational discipline with the speed and innovation of a scaling startup.- Global Impact: Our infrastructure supports partners like Google, Grab, worldwide fintechs, superapps, travel companies and others- AI-Driven Innovation: Nuitée is uniquely positioned to power the future of travel in the AI era—enabling seamless, intelligent, and hyper-personalized travel interactions.By joining Nuitée, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining platform. You’ll work on a global scale, innovate alongside industry leaders, and help drive the next phase of travel technology. If you’re excited to push boundaries, redefine a multi-trillion-dollar industry, and grow with us—Nuitée is the place for you.By submitting your application, you consent to Nuitée processing your personal data for the purposes of assessing your suitability for employment. Account Director, Client Solutions (EMEA)Location: Remote. Continental Europe or compatible time zone preferred. (roughly UTC-1 to UTC+3)Clients: Global. Primarily EMEA and North American.Reports to: VP of SolutionsSalary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus bonus/commission based on acquisition and growth of client accounts. Compensation dependent on candidate experience and location.About McGawOur Mission at McGaw.Io is to help companies of all sizes realize their customer data is their most valuable business asset, and we help them realize that through customer data infrastructure, high power analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and funnel optimization.McGaw.Io supports businesses with analytics, marketing automation, customer data platforms, data piping, websites, AB testing, and all sorts of marketing operations. As we derive insights from these technical efforts, we also inform & execute growth strategies that routinely move the needle for our clients. Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. McGaw.Io’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day.MissionOwn a portfolio of client relationships. Set the strategy, keep accounts healthy and profitable, grow them, win new ones, and get the technical work delivered through the team rather than by doing it yourself. Why this role existsAccounts need a senior owner accountable for whether they renew and whether they grow. Outside North America that accountability sits in the wrong time zone, so the client's executive sponsor talks to us at the end of their day and the relationship runs a meeting behind. This is the commercial and strategic owner. It is not the technical builder.Three problems this role solves:1. Nobody outside North America is accountable for account health, retention, and expansion.2. Executive conversations happen at inconvenient hours, so they happen less often.3. Expansion is reactive. Nobody plans the next six months before the current scope runs out, and nobody runs discovery in European hours.ResponsibilitiesRelationship ownership- Own the relationship at executive level. You are who the client's CMO or VP of Growth calls.- Run the cadence: biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmap and SOW reviews, quarterly business reviews covering results, maturity, next quarter, and risks.- Keep the client informed before they have to ask. Never surprise them on budget or timeline.Strategy and consulting- Find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Map every problem to pain, metric, impact, and fix.- Build and defend the growth roadmap with the client, not at them.- Do the strategic hands-on work yourself: measurement frameworks, KPI definition, funnel and cohort analysis, lifecycle program design, experiment roadmaps, readouts.- Translate technical decisions into business consequences the client can act on.Delegation and project leadership- Scope the work, then hand it to architects and engineers with enough detail that it gets built right.- Manage the project, not the build. Sprint cadence, board hygiene, dependencies, risks, critical path.- Review delivered work against the client's objectives before it ships. You are not the QA engineer, but you are accountable for whether the client got what they were told they would get.- Know enough to challenge an estimate and spot a bad technical answer. You do not write the code.New business- Run pre-sales discovery. Qualify hard, and say no when a prospect is not ready.- Build and present proposals: scope, phasing, investment, and the business case. Presented live, never sent cold.- Price work so it delivers profitably. A generous estimate at proposal is a delivery problem in month three.- Work with Sales through qualification, discovery, and close, then take the account into delivery.Commercial- Own retention and expansion on your portfolio. You are measured on both.- Every scope change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts.- Run the six-month roadmap cycle so the next engagement is signed before the current one ends.Skills and experienceRequired- Fully fluent in English. That is the company's working language.- Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.- 10+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services. At least 5 owning senior client relationships with a revenue number attached.- Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth, and where revenue leaks between the stages.- Understand how martech drives marketing, from ads to CDPs to marketing engagement platforms, CRM, and analytics.- Advise on the systems below: which to use, how they fit together, the tradeoffs, and how to get more from what a client already owns. You do not configure them. You do need to be right about them, and to spot a bad technical answer when you are given one.- Advanced understanding of marketing and growth analytics, attribution, and how to leverage data to improve marketing returns.- Track record retaining and expanding accounts, with figures a former manager would confirm.- Pre-sales experience: discovery, scoping, writing proposals, and presenting them to executive buyers.- Scope and price technical work profitably.- Know how European businesses buy, contract, and operate across markets, including procurement, data protection, and consent.Systems.Advisory command of these. At a larger firm that is three people's jobs.- The customer data layer is changing right now. Warehouse-native patterns, composable CDPs, and reverse ETL are replacing a decade of assumptions. You advise on the new pattern while most of the market still sells the old one.- We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. Clients come to us with traffic, tools, and data, and no system connecting them. We find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention, then we fix it with our hands on the keyboards. The CDP is the center of most of our work. We build on Segment, Hightouch, and RudderStack, chosen per client. We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. Our clients are in North America and Europe. Your portfolio will be a mix.Month 1.Learn our clients, delivery model, and commercial standards. Meet every stakeholder on your accounts. Shadow client meetings, QBRs, and pre-sales calls.Months 2 and 3.Take ownership of your accounts. Run the meetings, rebuild the roadmaps, take over the budget conversations. An experienced account owner stays close.Months 4 to 6.Run your portfolio independently. Hit your labor efficiency target. Start running discovery and writing proposals. After 6 months. You own the commercial arc on your accounts, from first discovery call through renewal. You help define what the next hires look like. What is hard. You are accountable for delivery you did not perform, done mostly by people in another time zone. Managing that gap is most of the job. Pre-sales competes with delivery, and both are urgent. Work is billable by the hour, so time tracking is not optional. Expansion targets are real and measured.#J-18808-Ljbffr

Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries. Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work. But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context. Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports. AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is. When work changes, so do we. We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply. Account Director, Client Solutions (EMEA) Location: Remote. Continental Europe or compatible time zone preferred. (roughly UTC-1 to UTC+3) Clients: Global. Primarily EMEA and North American. Reports to: VP of Solutions Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus bonus/commission based on acquisition and growth of client accounts. Compensation dependent on candidate experience and location. About Mc Gaw Our Mission at Mc is to help companies of all sizes realize their customer data is their most valuable business asset, and we help them realize that through customer data infrastructure, high power analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and funnel optimization. Mc supports businesses with analytics, marketing automation, customer data platforms, data piping, websites, AB testing, and all sorts of marketing operations. As we derive insights from these technical efforts, we also inform & execute growth strategies that routinely move the needle for our clients. Our track record is impeccable, and our leadership has supported some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. Mc ’s core client base sells online and has complex data and marketing practices that drive our team to dig deeper every day. Mission Own a portfolio of client relationships. Set the strategy, keep accounts healthy and profitable, grow them, win new ones, and get the technical work delivered through the team rather than by doing it yourself. Why this role exists Accounts need a senior owner accountable for whether they renew and whether they grow. Outside North America that accountability sits in the wrong time zone, so the client's executive sponsor talks to us at the end of their day and the relationship runs a meeting behind. This is the commercial and strategic owner. It is not the technical builder. Three problems this role solves: Nobody outside North America is accountable for account health, retention, and expansion. Executive conversations happen at inconvenient hours, so they happen less often. Expansion is reactive. Nobody plans the next six months before the current scope runs out, and nobody runs discovery in European hours. Responsibilities Relationship ownership Own the relationship at executive level. You are who the client's CMO or VP of Growth calls. Run the cadence: biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmap and SOW reviews, quarterly business reviews covering results, maturity, next quarter, and risks. Keep the client informed before they have to ask. Never surprise them on budget or timeline. Strategy and consulting Find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Map every problem to pain, metric, impact, and fix. Build and defend the growth roadmap with the client, not at them. Do the strategic hands-on work yourself: measurement frameworks, KPI definition, funnel and cohort analysis, lifecycle program design, experiment roadmaps, readouts. Translate technical decisions into business consequences the client can act on. Delegation and project leadership Scope the work, then hand it to architects and engineers with enough detail that it gets built right. Manage the project, not the build. Sprint cadence, board hygiene, dependencies, risks, critical path. Review delivered work against the client's objectives before it ships. You are not the QA engineer, but you are accountable for whether the client got what they were told they would get. Know enough to challenge an estimate and spot a bad technical answer. You do not write the code. New business Run pre-sales discovery. Qualify hard, and say no when a prospect is not ready. Build and present proposals: scope, phasing, investment, and the business case. Presented live, never sent cold. Price work so it delivers profitably. A generous estimate at proposal is a delivery problem in month three. Work with Sales through qualification, discovery, and close, then take the account into delivery. Commercial Own retention and expansion on your portfolio. You are measured on both. Every scope change gets estimated, documented, and confirmed in writing before work starts. Run the six-month roadmap cycle so the next engagement is signed before the current one ends. Skills and experience Required Fully fluent in English. That is the company's working language. Multilingual with professional working proficiency in English as well as German, French, Spanish, or Italian. 10+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services. At least 5 owning senior client relationships with a revenue number attached. Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth, and where revenue leaks between the stages. Understand how martech drives marketing, from ads to CDPs to marketing engagement platforms, CRM, and analytics. Advise on the systems below: which to use, how they fit together, the tradeoffs, and how to get more from what a client already owns. You do not configure them. You do need to be right about them, and to spot a bad technical answer when you are given one. Advanced understanding of marketing and growth analytics, attribution, and how to leverage data to improve marketing returns. Track record retaining and expanding accounts, with figures a former manager would confirm. Pre-sales experience: discovery, scoping, writing proposals, and presenting them to executive buyers. Scope and price technical work profitably. Know how European businesses buy, contract, and operate across markets, including procurement, data protection, and consent. Systems. Advisory command of these. Depth in at least three groups. Customer data platforms: Segment, Hightouch, Rudder Stack Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 Lifecycle and marketing automation: Braze,, Hub Spot, Marketo, Iterable Warehouse and transformation: Snowflake, Big Query, dbt Tag management: Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM CRM: Salesforce, Hub Spot Consent management: One Trust, Cookiebot, Didomi Preferred Accounts across multiple countries or regulatory regimes. Work across both European and North American clients. Built or seeded a regional practice before. What you get out of this You own the full commercial arc of an account, from discovery through renewal and expansion. At a larger firm that is three people's jobs. The customer data layer is changing right now. Warehouse-native patterns, composable CDPs, and reverse ETL are replacing a decade of assumptions. You advise on the new pattern while most of the market still sells the old one. We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. That includes telling a client when they already have what they need. Many industries and stacks in a year instead of one in five, on both sides of the Atlantic. Observable indicators Month 2 Onboarded onto your accounts, each with a current-state assessment and named client objectives. Time tracked in Harvest weekly, without reminders. Every account's decision-maker has met you and knows what you own. Month 4 Running your accounts independently: meetings, roadmap reviews, budget conversations, scope changes. Every account has three or more months of planned roadmap. Zero undocumented scope changes. Technical work delegated with specs good enough that it does not come back for rework. Running discovery calls and contributing to proposals. Month 6 90% of client objectives hit within the project timeline. Labor efficiency ratio of 3.0 across your portfolio. Client approval for a case study or testimonial on at least one account. Writing and presenting proposals independently. Month 9 80% retention of your accounts in recurring contracts over a rolling three months. 20% of your retainers expanded over a rolling 90 days. Your proposals deliver at or above target labor efficiency. Your estimates hold up. Representing Mc Gaw independently in sales and partner meetings. What this role is not Not a hands-on build seat although you will get into the tools if you need to. Not a prospecting seat. You run discovery, write and present proposals, own retention and expansion, and earn commission on it. You do not cold prospect. Not a people-management seat at hire. You direct a project team. Managing a team comes later, if the business grows and you have shown you can. Values Never Settle, Be Amazing. Fix it properly, not just enough to close the ticket. Get Better Every Day. Ask for feedback and change what you do when you get it. Give Context and Set the Stage. Nobody on your account is surprised by what you already knew. Let the Data Create Transparency. Recommendations come with evidence. So does bad news. Show Hospitality to Build Trust. Clients and teammates get proactive, responsive treatment. Plus extreme ownership. Own the outcome, surface blockers early, and never hand a problem back to the person who gave it to you. Benefits Flexible PTO Flexible hours Work remotely Monthly per diem for premium health, dental, and vision coverage if not already available Maternity and paternity leave Retirement contribution of 3% of salary annually. Company laptop, monitor, and remote setup equipment National holidays off. Radically transparent workplace Room to act on your own ideas The job in practice Mc Gaw is a customer data and revenue operations consultancy. Clients come to us with traffic, tools, and data, and no system connecting them. We find where revenue leaks across acquisition, conversion, and retention, then we fix it with our hands on the keyboards. The CDP is the center of most of our work. We build on Segment, Hightouch, and Rudder Stack, chosen per client. We work across the full client stack, not just individual systems or specific vendors. Our clients are in North America and Europe. Your portfolio will be a mix. Month 1. Learn our clients, delivery model, and commercial standards. Meet every stakeholder on your accounts. Shadow client meetings, QBRs, and pre-sales calls. Months 2 and 3. Take ownership of your accounts. Run the meetings, rebuild the roadmaps, take over the budget conversations. An experienced account owner stays close. Months 4 to 6. Run your portfolio independently. Expansion targets are real and measured.

Our values - We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses. - We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it. - We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other. - We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them. Want to learn more about us? Check our website!

Our Mission Maite is the leading AI player in Spain already used by 3 000 legal professionals and growing at rapid pace. In 2026, Maite joined forces with Doctrine to build the European leading legal AI Platform. And now, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform. Our belief? Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks. It should be augmented by a specialised AI, designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard. Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform. Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that. Our growth is guided by a clear approach: a global vision, grounded in a deep understanding of local specificities. Behind this ambition, a team of around 280 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting. And we're just getting started. Why join Maite.Ai The opportunity to build and define the product narrative at one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies, within the Doctrine group. A role with direct impact on client satisfaction, product evolution and sales results. Being part of a close, agile and highly motivated team, where your judgment and ideas are heard and valued. Working at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence and its real-world application. The Role: The Translator between our Product and the Market We are not looking for someone who just "executes marketing". We are looking for the person who turns what we build into the message the market needs to hear: sharp with copy, fearless in front of the camera, and obsessed with making sure every lead and every client gets the right message at the right moment. Working closely with the Maite marketing and sales teams and leveraging the wider Doctrine Product Marketing team, your mission will be to translate the complexity of our AI into a clear, compelling story that resonates with the legal sector. You will be the voice of Maite.Ai on our website, in our webinars and in every user's inbox, and the link between Product, Growth, Sales and Support in every launch. Go-to-Market: You'll build and execute all GTM collateral for Maite’s product launches on the Spanish markets: product emails, website updates, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in-product communications, ads. Positioning & Messaging: You'll be the person who best understands perceived value from Spanish clients' perspective. You'll translate that into the Maite website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures. Product Enablement: Working hand-in-hand with our international sales enablement manager, you'll develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). You'll co-run product training sessions for the Spanish sales team and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook. Market Intelligence: You'll be the go-to expert on the Spanish legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. You'll own the creation and maintenance of Spanish battlecards and personas, and you'll synthesize market signals into actionable insight for both the product and sales teams. Content Creation: Create specific content pieces (articles, one-pagers, videos, emails, FAQs) that sustain Maite.Ai's narrative across every channel. Webinars & Video Communication: Design, host and record webinars and product communications. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to get in front of the camera, and enjoys it. User Education: Working with Product and Growth, you'll make sure Spanish users adopt and activate the full range of Maite’s features through targeted campaigns and in-app actions. Performance: You'll define what a successful Product launch looks like, that framework doesn't fully exist yet and building it is part of the job. Then you'll track, iterate, and maximize the impact of everything you ship. Radical empathy for the legal professional: You have an innate ability to get inside our user's head. You understand what frustrates them, what they value (time, rigor) and what scares them. A translator of complexity: You can take an advanced AI feature and explain it not by the technology it uses, but by the problem it solves. Outstanding storytelling skills: You don't just communicate, you build a narrative that hooks. You are an exceptional copywriter. No fear of the camera: You feel comfortable hosting webinars and recording yourself for product communications. The camera is just another tool of your trade, not an obstacle. Builder mindset: You don't just design the strategy, you write the copy, build the nurturing flow, record the webinar and craft the battlecard. You are relentlessly execution-oriented. Mastery of AI and tools: You use AI and the marketing stack daily to multiply your output. Professional English and Spanish: Mandatory. Spanish is essential for this role, since you'll research the Spanish market and analyze local competitors and English is to work with the wider Doctrine team across our international group. Proven experience: You have demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing role. Organization, autonomy and critical thinking: You can manage multiple projects (a launch, a webinar and a success story) in parallel without losing focus. Disconnect & Connect: We believe that to build the future, you need to know how to disconnect. That's why, on top of your 22 statutory vacation days, we add 6 extra "Maite.Ai special days" per year,28 days in total to recharge. And when it's time to connect, we organize regular in-person gatherings with the whole team. Comprehensive benefits: Coverflex card to manage your meal, transport, training and childcare benefits. Your ideal work setup: We provide the best tech equipment of your choice (PC or Mac, monitor, etc.) and a budget to set up your home office. You also get a budget for coworking spaces. Growth and innovation: A clear growth path to lead and build, with the opportunities that come from being part of an international group. Our hiring process A 30-min intro call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your career goals and walk you through what we're building. A 1-hour conversation with Marie, Marketing Manager Doctrine, owner of Product Marketing. A 1-hour conversation with your future manager to dive into the role, team scope and answer all your questions. One technical assessments to evaluate your skills in practice. An office visit including: lunch with 3 people from different teams to give you a feel for your future colleagues; a values conversation to share our vision; and a meeting with the VP of your department. (The process can be adapted to fit your personal and professional constraints if needed.) Research shows that women in particular tend not to apply for a role when they don't meet every single requirement. To put your mind at ease: this job description is a guide, nothing more. Diversity & inclusion All our roles are open to people with disabilities. Feel free to bring it up at any point during the process. We're committed to putting in place whatever adjustments are needed to ensure a working environment that works for everyone. #J-18808-Ljbffr

Hi! At Factorial, we're rebuilding HR software on a simple bet: AI isn't a feature you bolt on—it's how the product gets built, shipped, and improved. We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager who wants to own a real piece of that. The Role You'll own a key product area at Factorial—end to end, with full autonomy over strategy and execution. This isn't a feature factory: you set the direction, make the calls, and own the outcome. You move fast without losing the long-term vision. You'll join our Product team, led by Emma Sesmero, our VP of Product, working shoulder to shoulder with an exceptional group of engineers, designers, and data folks to shape what modern, AI-native HR software actually looks like—for tens of thousands of companies worldwide. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Product Manager at Factorial, you will: - Own the outcome, not the backlog: Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your area—and own the business result (adoption, retention, revenue), not just the features you ship. - Decide where AI actually earns its place: Find the workflows where AI creates real leverage, and be honest about where it adds risk or noise. Then prove it with evaluation frameworks—hallucination, failure modes, whether it holds up unattended. You're not shipping blind. - Make the hard calls—and defend them: Prioritization, build-vs-integrate, what to kill. You'll make these in ambiguity and stand behind them with leadership and customers. - Partner cross-functionally: Work with customers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to understand the HR space deeply and turn that understanding into real value. - Be the DRI: Set the hypotheses and metrics before launch, own them after. If it works, it's because of decisions you made and can defend. What We're Looking For We care more about the shape of your judgment than the shape of your CV. Some of our best PMs came into product from engineering, journalism, search, venture, or founding something—not from a linear PM track. Here's what actually matters, in order: - You've built something from close to zero—and owned the outcome: A new area, a 0→1 product, a bet you defined and drove, with a result you can name (revenue from nothing, adoption from nothing, a market you moved). "I executed someone else's roadmap well" isn't it—you set the direction and stood behind it. - You've done it where the ground moved under you: Hyper-growth, or a domain with real depth and stakes—shifting priorities, problems no one had solved, scale that broke last quarter's assumptions. - You can make AI reliable, not just impressive: You understand LLM capabilities and failure modes (hallucination, bias, silent errors), and you've either shipped AI to production or thought rigorously about how to evaluate whether it truly works—quality, tone, trust, the handoffs. This is our core bet; it matters here more than almost anywhere. - Your scope has compounded over time: Whatever your starting point, your trajectory shows you being trusted with bigger, more ambiguous bets—and delivering on them. - You communicate with force: You're confident pitching, influencing, and advocating for your vision—internally and with customers and senior leadership. - You speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued). Bonus Points if You: - Have worked in HR tech, payroll, compliance, or another domain with real regulatory and data complexity. - Have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to production—and killing the ones that didn't earn their place. - Have strong technical intuition: comfortable discussing system design, data flows, and integration trade-offs with engineers. (Useful, not a gate—we care more about judgment than depth.) - Have familiarity with integration architectures, API design, or marketplace dynamics. - Have experience in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant. Compensation The salary range for this position is between €75,000 (€60,000 fix + €15,000 based on performance, paid quarterly) and €87,500 (€70,000 fix + €17,500 based on performance, paid quarterly). We focus on skills and impact, not years on the clock. On top of that, you'll get stock options (ESOPs)—we want you to own a piece of what you build. We're transparent about exactly how they work: our ESOP Bible is public, so give it a read. How We Work At Factorial, we believe the best products are built when people come together—in person—to collaborate, challenge ideas, and move fast. That's why our Product team follows an office-first, flexible approach. We work on-site several days a week (80%), using that time to connect, align, and innovate as a team. However, we also understand the importance of focus and flexibility, so we support remote work when it makes sense (20%)—whether for deep work, personal needs, or just a change of scenery. This balance helps us stay agile, creative, and closely connected—while giving everyone the space to do their best work. Perks of being part of our team We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees: - High growth, multicultural and friendly environment - Continuous training and learning based on your needs - Alan private health insurance - Healthy life with Wellhub (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes) ♀ - Save expenses with Cobee - Language classes with Preply - Get the most out of your salary with Payflow And when at the office... - Breakfast in the office and organic fruit - Company canteen and Nora discounts - Pet Friendly Join Factorial, where people grow Diversity is part of our culture, we have more than 43 nationalities in our teams and we are infused in an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates. Please feel free to apply with the way it suits you better! (blind resume, identity pronouns, cover letter, etc).
