Our first studio opened in Justicia, Madrid in Q4 2025, blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience. We are now opening Riela 02. We are looking for a Marketing Intern to help grow Riela's presence with creativity, precision, and a genuine feel for the brand. Responsibilities: Content & Social Media: • Support the creation and scheduling of content for Instagram and other relevant channels, • Help maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity aligned with the Riela brand, • Assist in photographing and documenting the space, events, and daily moments Growth & Campaigns: • Help plan and execute campaigns to drive new guest acquisition and repeat visits, • Assist with email marketing, newsletters, promotions, and retention flows, • Support partnerships and collaborations with aligned brands, venues, and creators, • Research PR opportunities, press contacts, and media coverage in the wellness and lifestyle space You are: • Creative with a sharp visual eye and attention to detail, • Genuinely interested in wellness, design, or hospitality-led brands, • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently, • Comfortable writing in both Spanish and English Bonus: • Experience managing social media for a brand or personal project, • Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Design, • Students from IE, ESADE, ESCP, CEU, Universidad Europea, or similar

The platform provides investment opportunities in mortgage-backed property development projects across Europe, combining financing for developers with accessible investment options for individual and institutional investors. We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager, responsible for building, developing and maintaining a strong network of high-net-worth investors in the Spanish market, ensuring sustainable access to capital through attractive investment offerings, trusted investor relationships and close collaboration with internal teams. Job Description • Define and implement strategies for attracting and retaining HNW investors in the Spanish market, • Build and manage a strong network of HNW investors (typically investing EUR 50,000+ per project or EUR 300,000+ per active portfolio), • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HNW investors through proactive, transparent and continuous communication, • Actively promote investment opportunities and platform products to HNW investors, • Organize and contribute to preparation of communication plans, fundraising initiatives, investor events and tailored materials for HNW investors, • Advise the Sales Team on pricing structures and investor-related considerations for specific projects, • Closely cooperate with the Product Team to structure and improve investment products maximizing portfolio performance for HNW investors, • Provide market insights and strategic input to the Marketing Team to support investor acquisition and engagement, • Represent the company at local investor, finance and real estate events in Spain Requirements • At least 3 years of relevant full-time experience in investor relations, financing, fundraising, private wealth, investment banking or advisory, • Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets and fundraising environment, • Well-connected within the Spanish investment and wealth management market, • Exceptional presentation, networking and communication skills with strong attention to detail, • Self-driven, target-oriented and independent decision-maker, • Open-minded team player with leadership mindset, • Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1) and Spanish (native or full professional proficiency) Company Offers • Key role in scaling the company’s investment business in the Spanish market, • Direct exposure to HNW investors, family offices and large investment portfolios, • High level of autonomy and ownership in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, • Flat structure with close collaboration with senior leadership and HQ, • Annual company-wide bonus linked to overall performance, plus performance-based bonuses tied to individual and market results, • Flexible hybrid working model Additional information Please note that in order to ensure an efficient selection process, we will only reach out to candidates who best match the qualifications for the role.
