Important technology multinational company based in Madrid is looking for Collection Specialist with high level of English in Fuengirola (Málaga). Functions
The functions for this position are: - Responsability of customer accounts and invoice payments - Quarterly and yearly individual cash collection targets, whilst contributing to reach team and country targets - Controlling the influx of wrong invoices, goods/services and complaints - Maintaining debt at a minimum level - Building strong relationships with clients - Having the ability to work as part of a team, as well as working independently and in an organised manner ** Requirements:** - Good communication Y organisation skills - Native in English - Focused on achieving targets It will be assessed: - FP or University Studies - Previous administration experience (collection, invoicing, customer service) Offer: - Be part of international projects in a multinational company - Salary: 18000 euros gross per year + variable pay - Contract: fixed - Full time: Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 18:00 pm - We have a canteen with microwaves and there are coffee corners on each floor. - We have an agile way of working and have different groups of volunteers who, on top of their daily jobs, work on all kinds of initiatives to maintain our good work atmosphere. - And to stay healthy we have weekly fruit, a football table, and yoga and pilates classes.
