Head of International Reservations & Tour Operator Relations (Zanzibar & Vietnam Portfolio) We are looking for a commercially driven Head of International Reservations & Tour Operator Relations to lead and scale our global reservations strategy with a strong focus on tour operators, DMCs, and B2B distribution across Zanzibar and Vietnam. This role sits at the intersection of Reservations, Revenue Management, and Sales, ensuring optimal conversion, efficient operations, and strategic alignment with key international partners. The position requires a deep understanding of group dynamics, allotments, series business, and contracting, as well as the ability to maximize profitability across different source markets. Key ResponsibilitiesTour Operator & B2B Strategy • Manage and optimize relationships with international tour operators, DMCs, and wholesalers, • Oversee contracting conditions: NET rates (STO), release periods, allotments, overrides, and group conditions, • Control and optimize series and group bookings, ensuring correct allocation and avoiding displacement of higher-yield segments, • Identify opportunities to grow strategic markets (Europe, Middle East, emerging markets)Reservations & Conversion, • Lead the international reservations team handling B2B and B2C bookings across all properties, • Ensure fast and accurate handling of group requests, rooming lists, amendments, and special conditions, • Optimize conversion of inquiries from tour operators and agents, • Implement structured workflows for pre-invoicing, deposits, and payment follow-upRevenue & Inventory Coordination, • Align closely with Revenue Management to control inventory allocation between FIT, groups, and series, • Monitor booking pace, pickup, and demand by market, • Ensure correct application of pricing strategies per segment and seasonality, • Support ADR growth while maintaining occupancy targetsOperational Excellence, • Standardize SOPs across Zanzibar and Vietnam, • Ensure correct handling of virtual cards, bank transfers, and multi-currency payments, • Coordinate with operations for smooth group arrivals and special requests, • Maintain high service standards across all reservation touchpointsKey Requirements, • Strong experience in tour operator contracting and B2B reservations within hospitality, • Proven background managing groups, series, and allotments, • Deep understanding of international markets and distribution structures, • High analytical and commercial mindset (ADR, occupancy, segmentation, displacement), • Experience in multi-property or multi-destination environments, • Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)What We Offer, • Leadership role across a growing international hospitality portfolio (Zanzibar & Vietnam), • Direct impact on global distribution and revenue performance, • Opportunity to shape B2B strategy in high-growth destinations, • Dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with expansion plans
