Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving national sales of the Off the Road (OTR) product line, leveraging technical and commercial expertise to acquire and retain clients. In addition, they will provide regional support for truck & bus and agricultural product lines, work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and the Quality Manager, and report directly to the Iberia Regional Director. Regional Support for Commercial Products • Provide technical advice to truck & bus and agricultural clients on tyre selection and use., • Participate in the development of campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations., • Investigate and validate product claims, coordinating on-site inspections as needed., • Implement retention programs, preventive maintenance initiatives, and warranty policies., • Report directly to the Iberia Regional Director., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields., • At least 5 years in industrial or commercial tyre sales, preferably OTR.
