We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations. This is a unique, year-round opportunity to grow within one of the most innovative and premium brands in the nautical industry a startup environment that combines the spirit of a family, the ambition of a scale-up, and the excellence of a luxury service company. Your mission: You'll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.
