You’ll provide continuous support and follow-up throughout their internship, and handle the evaluation and closure at the end., • Job Posting: You will assist in creating and distributing job advertisements across various job platforms and social media channels., • CV Screening: You will help in pre-screening resumes, identifying the most suitable candidates according to the required profile., • Interviews: You will support in coordinating and conducting both phone and in-person interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process., • Candidate Communication: You will assist in managing communication with candidates, from interview invitations to notifying them of results, ensuring a positive experience., • Candidate Database Management: You will keep our talent database up to date, ensuring all profiles are organized and ready for future opportunities., • Process Follow-up: You will follow up on each selection process, helping to coordinate deadlines and gathering feedback from interviewers to make informed decisions., • Employee Engagement: Help organize internal events, surveys, and activities to promote employee well-being and engagement., • HR Projects: Participate in ongoing HR projects, assisting with research, data collection, and preparing reports., • General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team in various activities related to HR functions. 📚 Assessment Criteria: Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Applied Management, Law, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus. Languages: Advanced English proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate fluently in a professional setting.
