Main responsibilities • In-depth knowledge of Valencia city in order to source and list properties for sale in target areas., • Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place., • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers., • Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions., • Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals., • Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Valencia's market and key areas., • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes., • Advanced in English and Spanish., • Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results., • Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team., • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude., • Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person., • Full-time permanent contract., • Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation., • 23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days., • Weekly language classes, during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox)., • Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more., • Extensive initial & ongoing training., • Being part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career development.
