That’s why we need a bSenior Category Specialist - HR Procurement - Temporary /b like you. /p h3Role Mission /h3 pThe bSenior Category Specialist - HR Procurement /b band Other Corporate Services /b will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of the procurement strategy for the bHuman Resources and Other Corporate Services /b category, driving strategic sourcing initiatives that maximize value, optimize costs, mitigate risks, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers, this role will drive supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business priorities and procurement policies. /p h3What your responsibilities will be /h3 ul liSupport the definition and implementation of category strategies for Human Resources and Other Corporate Services, ensuring procurement initiatives are aligned with business objectives and long‑term organizational needs. /li liLead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing processes, including market analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, driving supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. /li liNegotiate commercial agreements and contractual terms to optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality and business continuity. /li liIdentify cost optimization opportunities through spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and sourcing strategies. /li liPartner closely with HR and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into procurement solutions. /li liAssess and mitigate supplier, commercial, and operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. /li liMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and governance routines, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required. /li liSupport procurement transformation initiatives, promoting process standardization, digitalization, and procurement best practices. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate procurement policies, quality standards, and sustainability objectives. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. /li liAdvanced English (essential). /li liAt least 5 years of experience supporting the definition and implementation of category strategies for bindirect categories, /b preferably within bHuman Resources and Other Corporate Services. /b /li liExperience performing spend analysis, supplier evaluation and category planning. /li liExperience working within multinational and matrix organizations. /li liKnowledge of procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar procurement platforms. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into sourcing strategies and business decisions. /li liExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills. /li liProactive, collaborative and results‑oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pIt is a brilliant opportunity for you, Grifols is fully aware that its employees are one of its major assets.
