Working with Verisure is being part of an industry leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. /b /p h3Strategic context and Value proposition /h3 pThe Business Improvement Team is a relatively small team that reports directly to the Group CFO. bThe team has the responsibility for implementing and delivering critical strategic projects for the Company. /b In the past two years, the team has overseen an optimisation project (Funding Our Growth) that has saved the company several €m per year, as well as a quality improvement project (Products Services Excellence) that has led to major increases in customer satisfaction across multiple facets of the business. /p pbCurrently, the Business Improvement Team works in close collaboration with our local market organizations in KPI development, execution of improvement initiatives, and assessing financial impact from committed projects. /b The team also has the responsibility of reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying gaps, and ensuring countries are driving improvements where needed. /p pAs a Group Business Improvement Associate you will have an opportunity to gain valuable experience from the very heart of Europe’s leading monitored security company. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting critical processes across the core functions within our organisation. /p pOver the longer-term, there will be many opportunities for personal and professional development within the team and in the Company as a whole. bThe business is growing at such a rate that new teams and new management opportunities are being created regularly. It is expected that members of the Business Improvement Team are a feeder of top talent for critical positions across the Company. /b /p pbA major component of the work involves coordination between stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultural backgrounds. /b It is critical that candidates have experience working with people from different nationalities as projects can regularly include teams in Madrid (Spain), Malmo (Sweden), and Geneva (Switzerland). There is flexibility in terms of where the position could be based, although Madrid would be preferred. Regular travel (3 to 4 days outside of regular offices per month) to our core markets and other destinations is essential to be successful in this role. /p h3Responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a clear, logical and methodical structure to complex workstreams, and provide purposeful direction to teams and individuals in the pursuit of business excellence. /li liPartner with the country operational teams to collate data, review status of initiatives and report progress against predefined goals. /li liDevelop leverage insights by analysing data to drive the prioritisation of different projects and energy within the business. /li liProject manage and drive cross-team efforts spanning several functions and geographies. /li liCreate host workshops with relevant stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, challenge preconceptions and generate quality initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the business. /li liProvide hands on support to other team members, to other strategic projects or initiatives as "Digital First" or "FOG AI" in the application to customer Service area, and to other functional teams in support of tight deadlines or resource constraints. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThe role is preferably based in Madrid, Spain. /p h3Reports and organization structure /h3 pThis person will report directly to the Head of Customer Service Improvement (Business Improvement Group). /p h3Candidate profile /h3 h3Experiences and Qualifications /h3 pbWe see this role as /bbcritical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. /b /p ul liMinimum Bachelor’s degree required, ideally Masters in relevant field (business, finance, management, engineering, marketing, etc.). /li liPreferred 3 to 5 years consulting experience, or equivalent experience in similar industries. /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills. /li libStrong analytical skills: /b willing and comfortable to do analysis to the business, understanding business or cost drivers, PL analytics, being able to propose and evaluate a business case, do modelling in Excel, etc)). /li liExperience collaborating and working with different cultures, across different geographies, under time and scope pressure in the delivery complex projects with high quality output. /li liDemonstrated track record of solving complex problems leading to monetised value creation. /li liExcellent senior stakeholder communication, and ability to present findings both verbally and in writing, to both engineers and business leaders. /li libImpact-oriented /b with a focus on operational results and sales boost /li libVery fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish /b (other languages is a plus: French, Portuguese, Italian, German) /li /ul h3Additional complementary skills will be valued: /h3 ul liExcellent business intuition, intellectual rigor, and pride in the ownership of complex tasks and projects. /li liExceptional analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making. /li liHigh IQ, but also High EQ. /li liExcellent influencing capabilities – confidence to deal with senior stakeholders under pressure and the adaptability to make compromises in challenging environments. /li liHigh learning agility – flexibility to learn, understand, and evaluate new concepts in unfamiliar functional areas (e.g., engineering, finance, RD, supply chain, marketing etc.). /li liThe successful candidate will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal), and huge amounts of personal drive ambition. /li /ul h3Strong fit with our Company DNA /h3 ul liPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly. /li liCommitted to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
