ph3Overview /h3 pKey responsibilities include managing Autodesk partner program compliance, sales incentive programs, internal education, and reseller agent administration across multiple partnership frameworks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libADSK Annual Compliance Certification /b ul liOwn entire compliance cycle from planning to sign‑off. /li liTrack certification requirements, maintain readiness dashboard. /li liCoordinate evidence gathering across Sales, Technical, and HR. /li liManage certification calendar, flag risks to leadership. /li liAct as primary liaison with Autodesk partner program team during reviews. /li /ul /li libSIP (Sales Incentive Program) Management /b ul liManage all aspects of ADSK SIP: framework, tracking, submissions, payment follow‑up. /li liMaintain real‑time SIP tracker of submissions, approvals, expected payment dates, and receipts. /li liEnsure accurate and timely SIP claim submissions; manage submission calendar. /li liReconcile SIP payments against submissions and promptly raise shortfalls. /li /ul /li libProgram Frameworks, Notifications Internal Education /b ul liMonitor Autodesk Partner Network updates, synthesize policy changes and distribute to stakeholders. /li liBuild and maintain internal knowledge base for program rules, tiers, incentives, and compliance. /li liDesign and deliver lightweight training/enablement sessions for Sales, Finance, and Operations. /li liCreate SOPs and checklists for recurring ADSK‑related processes. /li liPartner with Marketing and Leadership for co‑op or MDF programs administered through ADSK. /li /ul /li libReseller Agent Administration /b ul liOperate reseller agent administration: onboarding, contract management, tier status, off‑boarding. /li liMaintain complete register of agents, contractual terms, authorisations, and performance status. /li liCoordinate with Legal/Compliance on renewals, amendments, and governance requirements. /li liSupport regional Sales leaders on reseller queries, escalations, and eligibility questions. /li liTrack agent performance metrics and produce quarterly reports for leadership. /li liCover framework programs of Bluebeam, Chaos, and other partnerships decided by Graitec. /li liAct as main point of contact for partners regarding program updates. /li /ul /li /ol h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libEssential /b ul li3–6 years of experience in channel/partner operations, vendor program management, or related RevOps/Sales Ops role. /li liDirect, hands‑on experience within Autodesk's partner ecosystem; knowledge of the portal and program structures is a strong differentiator. /li liExperience managing vendor incentive programs: submitting, tracking, reconciling back‑end rebates or sales incentive payments. /li liExperience with partner compliance or certification programs; knowledge of preparation for annual partner tier reviews. /li liStrong operational rigor: build and own trackers, SOPs, and reporting frameworks from scratch. /li liConfident communicator capable of escalating issues externally with vendors and internally across Finance, Sales, and Legal. /li liCommercially literate: understand margin, incentive mechanics, and the importance of accurate commission handling. /li /ul /li libPreferred /b ul liExperience administering EMEA channel/reseller agent relationships, familiar with distribution agreements and regional partner program nuances. /li liPrior experience at an Autodesk reseller, VAR, distributor, or Autodesk itself. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems, ERP/finance tools, and partner portal environments. /li liExperience building internal education materials or running enablement sessions on partner programs. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libAttributes /b ul liObsessively organised — built on deadlines and detail. /li liSelf‑directed: identify tasks and execute without being chased. /li liDiplomatically persistent — knows when and how to push vendors and internal stakeholders for resolution. /li liNaturally curious about incentive program structures and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. /li liComfortable with ambiguity in a scaling business; can build processes where none exist. /li /ul /li /ul h3EEO Diversity Statement /h3 pAt Graitec, we’re proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
