About Libertine Blends Libertine Blends is a premium RTD cocktail brand born in Barcelona. We make bar-quality cocktails — craft spirits, all-natural ingredients, alcoholic and non-alcoholic — in cans, without compromise on quality or flavour. We launched in 2024 and are now in active expansion across national and international markets including the UK. We are a small, founder-led team at an early but critical stage of growth. This hire is central to what comes next. The role A hands-on, execution-focused position with end-to-end ownership of our operations: suppliers, production, warehousing and distribution. You will be the single point of accountability for everything between production and delivery — and equally responsible for building the operational infrastructure the business needs to scale. We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without supervision, and comfortable building structure while keeping day-to-day operations running. Key responsibilities Production & supply: • Production planning across all SKUs, aligned with sales forecasts and demand signals, • Day-to-day coordination with our co-manufacturer: scheduling, quality control liaison, incident management, • Demand forecasting and S&OP alignment — integrating commercial pipeline, new market expansion and stock availability into a coherent plan, • Balancing product availability, operational efficiency and cash impact, • Purchasing of all packaging materials: cans, bottles, labels, closures, cases, • Supplier management: performance tracking, payment terms, contingency planning Inventory, systems & data: • Real-time inventory control across all SKUs and locations, • Define and maintain optimal stock levels; improve rotation and reduce shrinkage, • Stock commitment management: export orders, key accounts, reserved stock, • Build and own the operational toolset — inventory, order management, reporting — establishing a single source of truth across the business, • Loss, expiry and damaged goods management Orders & logistics: • End-to-end order management for national and international customers, • Carrier and 3PL selection, coordination and performance monitoring, • Coordinate international flows, particularly UK market operations, • Sample coordination for commercial and new market development, • Operational onboarding of new distributors and fill rate tracking Finance & reporting: • Purchase order and delivery note management, • Invoice coordination with finance, • Supplier and customer payment terms management, • Cost analysis per unit, transport and warehousing — understanding the operational impact on margins and cash, • Identify and act on cost optimisation opportunities, • Operational KPI dashboard and regular reporting to CEO Process & continuous improvement: • SOP documentation across all operational areas, • Design and implement process improvements across the supply chain, • Standardise operations to support scalability, • Operational support for new market entry: logistics setup, partner onboarding and local requirements Requirements • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operations; background in FMCG, beverages or food is a plus, • Background in a scaling or early-stage company is valued — someone who can operate without established structure or support teams, • Experience with inventory control, purchasing, logistics coordination and supplier management is valued, • Experience working with distributor networks across more than one market is a plus, • Advanced Excel skills are essential — you will be expected to build and own stock models, operational trackers and reporting from scratch with no existing systems in place, • Fluent Spanish and excellent English, written and spoken — English is the primary working language across all international operations Profile • Highly autonomous — able to prioritise and execute without constant direction, • Obsessively detail-oriented; operational rigour is non-negotiable in this role, • Comfortable building processes where none exist, • Understands the commercial impact of operational decisions What we offer • Base salary: 30,000–40,000 € gross/year depending on experience, • Performance-based variable bonus linked to operational objectives, • Formal salary review at 6 months, • Phantom equity — economic rights linked to future valuation events, • Permanent contract from day one Process Intro call → Interview with CEO → Practical case → Offer
