Area Manager – Adhesives for Flat & Textile Lamination (Europe) We are partnering with a highly regarded and well-established international manufacturer in the adhesives industry, recognized for its strong technical capabilities, innovation, and long-standing reputation across Europe. The company continues to invest in its commercial organization and is now looking to appoint an Area Manager to drive growth across selected European markets. Verifique que posee las habilidades necesarias antes de enviar una solicitud. • Full ownership of the Flat Lamination and Textile Lamination adhesives division, • High-impact commercial role with responsibility for both key accounts and new business, • Location flexibility: Italy, Poland, Germany, or Spain The Role • Drive revenue growth across your assigned region, • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, • Develop new business opportunities across key industrial segments, • Act as the primary commercial interface for the Flat & Textile Lamination division, • Collaborate with technical, R&D, and internal stakeholders to define and execute strategy, • Operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Flat & Textile Lamination adhesives division, • Own and grow key accounts across sectors such as technical textiles, automotive interiors, furniture & panels, construction materials, and foams, films, and flexible substrates, • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a strong project pipeline, • Lead complex, value-based sales cycles involving adhesive selection, substrate compatibility, and application processes, • Support product development, trials, and customer validations with internal technical teams, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, • Act as the internal reference point for the division across functions, • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings Profile • Proven track record in B2B sales within adhesives, chemicals, or specialty materials, • Experience selling adhesives for flat lamination and/or textile lamination (e.g. PU, acrylics, water-based, reactive systems), • Exposure to industries such xcskxlj as technical textiles, automotive, construction, furniture, and industrial lamination, • Strong ability to manage key accounts and develop new business in a technical environment, • Commercially driven, with a hands-on “hunter” mindset, • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external), • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Why this opportunity? • Join a market-recognized player with strong technical reputation, • True ownership of a strategic product division, • High autonomy and visibility across the organization, • Exposure to diverse industrial applications and customers, • Opportunity to shape and grow the Flat & Textile Lamination business across Europe
