With products sold in more than 150 countries and 5,042 million in net revenue in 2025, and guided by strong values and sustainability commitments, Puig continues to grow as a Home of Creativity: an open-minded space where Creators Of All Kinds are empowered to thrive, innovate and express who they are.The OpportunityMISSIONThe Event & Culture Executive helps bring Rabanne Beauty to life through creatively distinctive, culturally relevant and highly visibleexperiences.Sitting at the intersection of creativity, experience, culture and communication, the role supports the development and execution ofglobal events, cultural initiatives and partnerships designed to strengthen brand desirability, relevance and exposure.The ambition is to create experiences that people want to attend, experience, share and talk about - combining strong creative expression,cultural credibility and communication impact beyond the event itself.SCOPEThe role supports Rabanne Beauty's global Event & Culture roadmap, from cultural scouting and creative concept development to eventexecution, market activation and amplification.Working closely with Communication, Brand Content, Image, Marketing, markets and external partners, the Event & Culture Executivehelps translate brand and business priorities into physical experiences and cultural moments with strong creative and communicationpotential.At global level, the role contributes to the development of distinctive event concepts and cultural platforms, supports their internationaWhat you'll get to do- Bring a strong creative point of viewContribute actively to the creative development of Rabanne events and cultural activations, bringing ideas, references and new formatsthat challenge conventional brand experiences. Ensure every project feels distinctive, unexpected and unmistakably Rabanne.- Create memorable brand experiencesSupport the development and execution of global events, launches, consumer experiences and cultural activations. Think beyondproduction to consider the full guest journey, location, scenography, programming, entertainment, talent and every physical touchpoint.- Build cultural relevanceStay closely connected to what is shaping contemporary culture across music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment and emerging creativecommunities. Identify relevant movements, places, talents, collectives, partners and communities that can create authentic connectionswith Rabanne.- Maximize brand exposureApproach every event as both an experience and a communication opportunity. Work closely with Communication, Social Media, PRand Content teams to create strong visibility, conversation, content and earned amplification beyond the physical audience.- Manage events and cultural projectsCoordinate projects from brief to execution across agencies, production partners, talents, venues and internal stakeholders. Managetimelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals while ensuring a consistently high level of creative and operational execution.- Support global and local activationsContribute to global guidelines, toolkits and creative recommendations enabling markets to translate Rabanne concepts into locallyrelevant activations while balancing global consistency with local cultural relevance.- Build the right cultural ecosystemHelp identify and develop relationships with creative talents, cultural partners, venues, collectives and communities that can enrichRabanne's cultural ecosystem over time.- Measure impact and build learningsContribute to defining KPIs and evaluating performance across experience, engagement, exposure and brand impact. Translatequalitative and quantitative learnings into clear recommendations for future activations.We'd love to meet you if you have- 2-3 years of experienceAt least 2 to 3 years of experience in events, brand experience, cultural marketing, communication or partnerships, ideally within aglobal brand, creative agency, fashion, beauty, luxury or culturally driven environment.- Strong creative sensitivityA strong instinct for ideas, image, experience and detail, with the ability to identify what feels distinctive, relevant and creatively strong.Able to challenge proposals constructively and elevate concepts rather than simply execute them.- Deep cultural curiosityGenuine personal interest in music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment, creators and emerging culture. Naturally curious andcontinuously looking for new scenes, people, formats and cultural signals.- Experience-driven mindsetUnderstands how environments, programming, people and details come together to create a memorable brand experience, with strongattention to the full audience journey.- Communication and brand mindsetUnderstands that events are a powerful communication lever and knows how to identify opportunities for brand visibility, contentcreation, earned conversation and cultural impact.- Strong project management skillsHighly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, budgets, stakeholders and timelinessimultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and the wider creative objective.- Fluent EnglishFluent English is essential, with the ability to work confidently with international teams, agencies and partners.- Agile, hands-on and solution-orientedComfortable moving between creative thinking and operational execution, adapting quickly to changing priorities and solving problemsin fast-moving environments.- Collaborative and proactiveAble to build strong relationships across teams aWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
