Internship to start ASAP • Position Hybrid 4 days in Saint Emilion at least (35mins from Bordeaux by train) Role Overview You will spend the majority of your time in our Saint-Émilion shop (at least 4 days a week), where you will: • Provide clients with information about tours, • Rent bikes, assist with electronic bike mechanics, basic knowledge of bikes is a plus, • Assist with wine tastings and other in-person experiences when needed, • Managing reservations and client communications, responding to emails, managing bookings, and handling partnerships Communicate with châteaux and local partners via phone and email (in French and English)., • Assist clients during tours and in the shop to create memorable experiences, • Rent bikes, guide clients, and provide support during wine tastings, • Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, reservations, and coordination with local partners, • Support communication and relationships with châteaux and local stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile • Proficient or bilingual in English, with strong written communication skills, • Interest in bikes, cycling, • Interest in Bordeaux region and wine culture, • Strong social and communication skills for interacting with clients and partners, • Proficiency in French for phone and email exchanges, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, • Available for a 6-month internship, • Contract under Convention de Stage What We Offer: • Hands-on experience in the tourism industry with opportunities to develop business and operational skills., • Gain training as a tour assistant/guide and engage directly with clients., • A collaborative and friendly work environment, • Possibility of hiring after the internship, • Work with the team, which is part of a group, from home on Fridays when doing administration tasks.
