Responsibilities: You will assist the European Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting the most suitable talent to support our business growth: ● Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across European markets. ● Multilingual Sourcing: Actively identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and niche professional networks. Use your fluency in French, English, and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with candidates and bridge the gap between our global offices. ● Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, high-touch, and positive experience throughout their journey. ● Data & Market Intelligence: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System, track recruitment KPIs, and stay updated on talent market trends and salary benchmarks. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Basic Qualifications ● Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ● Language Proficiency: ○ Mandarin Chinese: Native or near-native level (written and spoken). ○ French: Professional working proficiency (C1/C2 level). ○ English: Professional working proficiency. ● Mindset: Quick learner, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive, optimistic, and possessing strong resilience.
