We are a busy Central London based bar group. We are looking for a creative, proactive intern to support a series of short-term hospitality and event projects, including themed pop-ups (such as a Mediterranean Lemon Festival), wine bar concepts, and experiential brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, AI tools, interiors, events, and marketing, who enjoys turning ideas into visual concepts quickly. You’ll work closely with the founder on concept creation, visuals, and presentation materials, helping bring hospitality ideas to life. We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Manager to become part of our Team at The Ascott Hospitality UK. Please note this position is on a one year fixed term contract. You will report to the Director of Sales, managing a portfolio of accounts and maintaining relationships with new businesses and established clients, to support the wider business targets. We are mainly looking for support in three areas: We operate across two main marketing channels: one directed at guests and travellers, and the other directed at property owners and partners, which gives exposure to both B2C and B2B communication. The role is remote and highly flexible. Most of the team works asynchronously, communicating throughout the day (and night), so the work can be done at times that fit around any schedule. Occasionally, we may organise in-person meetings to shoot content, but these are not frequent (e.g. once a month). The position is structured as a freelance arrangement (paid via monthly invoice) rather than formal employment. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks without needing very detailed direction.
