General Manager – PYRÁ Location: Queen’s Park, London Role Type: Full-time, senior leadership position Role Overview The General Manager is the operational and cultural lead of PYRÁ, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar, private dining and events. This role requires a hands-on, people-first leader with strong commercial awareness, capable of running a high-energy hospitality venue while protecting brand standards, profitability and team morale. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Service Excellence Oversee all front-of-house and venue operations, ensuring consistently high service standards. Lead daily service across lunch, dinner, brunch, events and private hire. Act as the senior point of contact on-site for guests, suppliers and partners. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, food safety and legal requirements. Maintain venue presentation, ambience, music levels and guest flow in line with PYRÁ’s brand.
