About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests. This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs. You’ll be the face of UNTIL, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs. There are three key components to this role: 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service - welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Be one step ahead by naturally anticipating their needs and understanding their different requirements and expectations. 2) Maintain High Standards - conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds.
