BOH Night Supervisor Gaia Mayfair Salary: £14.25 per hour + Tips + Surplus Working hours: 1 am - 9.30 am We're looking for an experienced BOH Night Supervisor to lead our overnight Back of House cleaning and support team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is left in immaculate condition each night, maintaining Gaia's exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety while leading the Pot Wash, Kitchen Porter, Night Cleaner and Bathroom Attendant teams.
