Responsibilities:













  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food production, food preparation, customer service, and team management.
  • Ensure that FOH operates efficiently and meets all service and brand standards.
  • Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the FOH team.
  • Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Assist the General Manager in implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
