We’re looking for an experienced and confident barista to join our busy team at Blanco Coffee. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of barista experience Strong latte art skills and coffee crafting Ability to work fast and efficiently during busy periods Consistent espresso extraction and milk steaming Good knowledge of coffee preparation and drink standards A strong clean-as-you-go working style Excellent organisation and attention to detail Friendly, professional customer service Ability to work confidently as part of a team We’re looking for someone who can step behind the bar and work confidently in a fast-paced coffee environment while maintaining quality, consistency and cleanliness.
